    You must fill out the form COMPLETELY or your registration for ILR 599 will NOT BE APPROVED!

    After you submit the on line registration form, you must also email a scan of your offer letter to the ISSO at isso@cornell.edu with the subject heading "CPT offer letter."

    REMEMBER: You must also enroll in ILR 599 through the regular course enrollment procedures for Fall 2012.

     I agree to fulfill the following requirements for ILR 599: (1) to meet with Professor Sonnenstuhl to review my project outline, (2) to submit a 10-page paper by October 15, 2012, and (3) to revise and resubmit this paper as requested by Professor Sonnenstuhl. I understand that I will receive a "U" for the course and that ISSO will be notified if I do not complete the academic component of ILR 599. By not fulfilling the academic component, I also realize that I have worked illegally and my immigration status will be affected.
