  • Updating Your Address and Employment Status while on OPT

    The new OPT regulation published April 8, 2008 requires that you report information about your employment to your school while you are on F-1 OPT. Since we have never collected the employment information from you at all, we need everyone on OPT to fill out the report below for the first time no later than June 1, 2008.

    Going forward, for as long as you are in F-1 status on OPT, you will have to continue to report changes in address and employment with us on this form. We also need to know when you change your immigration status from F-1 to another status.
