J-1 Student: Program Extension
If you are a J-1 student and you need to extend your stay, you should apply for an extension at least 30 days before the expiration date indicated on your Form DS-2019. You can either pick up "J-1 Student Program Extension Request Form" at the ISSO or download it here. This form must be completed and returned to us so that we may issue you a new DS-2019 form to extend your program.
