If Yes, you must submit your on-line On-Campus Housing Form, available at http://housing.cornell.edu/, to the Department of Campus Life. You must submit this housing form as soon as possible so that your room is available to you during PREPARE.

IMPORTANT Notes!!

1. We must receive your web based application by July 10, 2008. The PREPARE program cannot accept latecomers.



2. We will send confirmation of your acceptance into the program by email so please be sure to include an email address. Please do not make travel arrangements to arrive early to move into the residence halls until you receive a confirmation from our office that we have received your on-line PREPARE registration.



3. Once your participation is confirmed, please inform us of your arrival time and place as soon as possible, by sending us an email to prepare@cornell.edu. If we have the details of your arrival, we can make arrangements for someone to meet you in Ithaca, either at Tompkins County Airport or at the bus station.



4. If your parents are accompanying you to Ithaca, please be sure that they have made their own arrangements for their accommodations at a Hotel/Inn. This must be done early, since it is difficult to find hotel rooms in August. Parents, please note that the PREPARE program is for students only, and we are unable to accommodate parents or relatives.
